Wilbur is a sweet and energetic boy who was rescued off the streets from a group of amazing people trying to give him a new lease on life. Wilbur was able to come to our shelter and continue his journey to health, strength, and happiness.
He is a great example of the duality of a dog. He loves to laze around and soak up the sun, but we can also happily run a 5k fundraising event with a RRSK volunteer! He is happy, adorable, and sweet as can be.
