Carlos was abandoned at the vet. We believe he was left there due to his health issues. He requires patella and teeth care.
Carlos was very shy and nervous when he first came to us. Now, he’s come around! He’s happy to sniff people and get treats. Given more time, we’re sure he’ll fully come out of his shell.
