Rascal loves his foster family which includes other dog siblings and a few human siblings too! Rascal has been coming out of his shell with his fosters and learning to play, sunbathe, and lounge on the couch while enjoying a lazy day with his fam! But our sweet Rascal is still looking for his forever!
